The Opportunity Center

The Opportunity Center (TOC) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to creating pathways for equity, empowerment, and economic opportunity in Milwaukee. Rooted in the Rufus King neighborhood, TOC brings together children, families, and community members to access education, recreation, workforce development, and wellness resources in one inclusive hub. By fostering collaboration among businesses, nonprofits, and public partners, TOC is working to strengthen Milwaukee’s future by reducing barriers, and ensuring all residents can thrive.
