Lad Lake

Lad Lake is a Wisconsin nonprofit dedicated to guiding the growth of youth and families to reach their fullest potential. For over 175 years, we have helped young people overcome trauma, mental health challenges, and barriers to education and opportunity. Through residential treatment, mental health services, alternative education, mentoring, and workforce development, we help youth build brighter futures. Serving families across Wisconsin, Lad Lake partners with businesses, schools, and community organizations to strengthen families, develop future talent, and build healthier communities.
