Book, Breakfast & Hot Chocolate featuring author Steven Wallace & Obroni & the Chocolate Factory

Author Steven Wallace will discuss his book "Obroni and the Chocolate Factory: An Unlikely Story of Globalization and Ghana’s First Gourmet Chocolate Bar." A member of the World Trade Association board, MMAC and FaB, Wallace will talk about globalism, starting a global business from scratch, working in an emerging market – and share secrets of the chocolate business. 

Founded in 1991, the Omanhene Cocoa Bean Company pioneered the marketing and export of single-bean, bean-to-bar chocolate and cocoa products manufactured entirely on the African continent. Omanhene produces its products in Ghana, West Africa, the world’s premier cocoa-growing country.  Omanhene’s world headquarters are located in Southeast Wisconsin.
