URBANO: A Hispanic Milwaukee CRE Development Conference

Online registrations have now closed and on-site registrations will be accepted at the URBANO Conference.

On-site registration will be located in the foyer area outside of Ballrooms CDE in the Alumni Memorial Union at Marquette University.”As new development in Milwaukee gets closer to historically Hispanic neighborhoods, this event aims to bring the Hispanic community as part of setting the agenda to improve the wellbeing and functionality of our neighborhoods.  

 

This event will collaboratively identify areas where opportunity is high to invest in developments that serve the Hispanic community. It will present a model for collaborative development for Hispanic investors. It will also connect experienced developers with Hispanics, and develop partnerships to leverage capital, connections and experience. The conference will invite developers to discuss the wide variety of careers that are available in commercial real estate and encourage hiring and internships.
