Internships: Geting the Most Out of the Experience

The 2020 SEWI - ATD Employee Learning Week is being offered in partnership with the Milwaukee Chapter of NAAAHR with the focus of reaching our members with content that benefits all while increasing reach to a more diverse population of current and future Talent Development Professionals.

If you are a student or in the process of changing careers, internships are an excellent way to practice and develop skills.  This session will:
 

- Identify the value of interning
- Provide guidance on how to go about applying for and securing an internship
- Determining how to get the most out of the experience while adding value to the organization

Join Daphne Johnson, Talent Acquisition Leader, who will share her insights on internship programs, what organizations look for interns, and what interns will experience / can expect from the organization.
