	orkplace equity. Part of creating a more equitable workplace is uncovering
	 and unlearning myths that have long been accepted as a true and normal pa
	rt of how your company manages people. Many common workplace stereotypes h
	ave gone unchallenged for years in companies\, creating deep rooted bias a
	nd inequity in the culture. In this session we will interrogate some of th
	ose workplace myths\, how they undermine building an inclusive culture and
	 steps leadership can begin to take to create a more inclusive culture. If
