It’s one thing to be a genius in your own right but imagine the impact you’d have as a leader if you can tap into the genius of those around you.  The Multiplier Effect is the ability to prioritize the intelligence of others, while also making the most of your own skills.

Join us for this workshop that will help you become a Multiplier and avoid the pitfalls of diminishing the potential of others by forgetting that you’re not always the smartest person in the room. Learn to push those around you to share their ideas, take risks, brainstorm, and re-imagine your shared work – tapping into the hidden genius that can uplift the whole team.
