The URBANO 2023 Conference is bringing Milwaukee one-step closer to racial equity in real estate development! Keynote Speaker David Clower with Raza Development Fund will share their blueprint for the J. Tommy Espinoza Fellowship- supporting the growth and development of housing developers of color in the U.S. Additionally, you'll learn more about applying for funding or participating with our Hispanic Collaborative Emerging Developer Fund and you'll learn from Latinos blazing trails in architecture.
About URBANO 2023
The URBANO Annual Hispanic CRE Conference aims to spur new development in Latino neighborhoods, new partnerships, new investments, and new careers in commercial real estate (CRE). We aim to grow the influence and involvement Latinos have in shaping their own community and sharing in the wealth and vision of our neighborhoods. The conference will explore career pathways into commercial real estate and present areas of the city prime for development. The URBANO Conference is hosted in partnership with the Marquette University Center for Real Estate, NAIOP Wisconsin and the Hispanic Collaborative.
