Recruiters Roundtable

 

Join MMAC and talent acquisition peers in a Recruiters Roundtable discussion, designed for you to sound off, ask questions, provide input, and crowdsource solutions to talent acquisition challenges in the MKE region. 
 

This quarter’s discussion will focus on how candidates decide (or not) to accept a role, especially when accepting the role involves a relocation:
 

• - What is the Milwaukee region’s value proposition for talented workers?
   
• - What attributes of the job and community do you highlight to attract candidates when they can work and live anywhere?
   
• - What do candidates share about their perceptions of living and working in Milwaukee?
   
• - What resources can MMAC and community partners provide to support your efforts.

We will use DCI’s latest research on TALENT WARS: What People Look for in Jobs and Locations to kick off the conversation. Take a look at their 2022 Talent Wars report to prepare your thoughts and questions.

• - DEI-focused recruiters*
• - Relocation specialists
   

*We strongly encourage participants in MMAC's Region of Choice initiative to attend and help build a network of peers with shared goals and challenges.
