	g served the City of Milwaukee for over 25 years. Joining the Milwaukee Fi
	re Department in 1997\, Lipski is a 4th generation Milwaukee Firefighter a
	nd Milwaukee resident. He has filled every rank\, starting as a Firefighte
	r and building a solid and steady reputation as a strong leader with the a
	bility to bring people together. And it’s no wonder! A natural connector\,
	 Lipski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (minoring in Africolog
	y) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration\, from UWM. He’s a volun
	teer leader with the American Lung Association\, the Milwaukee County Subs
	tance Abuse Prevention Coalition and the American Red Cross of Southeast W
