	coming increasingly referenced as a workplace inclusion topic\, but many o
	f us still don’t fully understand what it is and how it affects our daily 
	lives. This interactive workshop guides participants in understanding priv
	ilege and oppression as concepts. Attendees will recognize the ways their 
	own privileges benefit them and get a sense of the disadvantages they face
	 due to privilege(s) they do not hold. Because privilege is normalized\, i
	deas around it can often be difficult or uncomfortable to explore. But thi
	s workshop will help attendees have a greater understanding of privilege a
	nd why inclusive leadership requires awareness on the topic. Attend this w
	orkshop to: - Understand the impact of privilege and how the absence of pr
	ivilege can be experienced as oppression - Gain a better grasp of the rang
	e of privileges and who typically has which ones and why - Recognize and r
	eflect on your own privileges and/or oppression and gain greater empathy a
	nd understanding for people who experience the same or different challenge
