Come hear Richard Barajas speak on diversity, equity and inclusion in Opaline Recruiting's premier interactive webinar. The first part of becoming a properly diverse, equitable and inclusive person or organization is education. What this webinar will educate you on is the impact of social standing. Richard will guide you through creating a personal "social identity wheel". Through this exercise you will be able to determine which societal organizations you are apart of, and whether they positively or negatively impact your life, relationships and career. Then hear from others about their own social identity wheels and the challenges or benefits it brings them.
