Find out what transplants say about their experiences being recruited to Cream City. How did their employer’s talent acquisition team help them make the decision to move? What could have helped them make a smoother transition? What are the things they love, could do without, or were surprised by in their “fresh eyes” experience with the Milwaukee Region?

 

This session will help talent acquisition leaders develop more robust recruitment strategies for out of market talent and improve the likelihood that their new recruits will enjoy MKE and make it a long-term home.

 

Join MMAC and talent acquisition peers in a Recruiters Roundtable discussion, designed for you to sound off, ask questions, provide input, and crowdsource solutions to talent acquisition challenges in the MKE region.
