	er 500 Milwaukee leaders\, many through Marquette’s Future Milwaukee progr
	am. She’s technically retired\, but she’s still coaching and bringing her 
	40+ years of experience to leaders on the move. She was the first woman Ma
	yor in Milwaukee County’s history\; the first suburban MMSD Commission Cha
	ir\, has served as an alderperson and more. Join us\, and Christine is sur

	Speaker Christine Hill retired as the executive director of the Future Mil
	waukee program\, whose mission is to develop\, motivate and empower divers
	e\, ethical leaders who create positive change throughout Milwaukee. Futur
	e Milwaukee has more than 2\,000 graduates who are making an impact in the
	 Greater Milwaukee area through their leadership positions in government\,
	 business\, education\, religious and nonprofit institutions. Hill earned 
	a master’s in interpersonal communications and conflict management from th
	e University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree from Carroll U
	niversity in sociology. She has expertise\, knowledge and success in sever
	al areas including facilitating strategic planning processes\; developing 
	and implementing customized communication programs around organizational c
	hange\; assessing individual and group strengths\; mediating between indiv
	iduals and groups\, providing conflict resolution and intervention\; and c
	oaching and counseling individuals at all levels of the organization and i
	n a variety of roles within the private\, public and nonprofit sectors. Hi
	ll has been a city alderman and mayor\, chairman of the Milwaukee Metropol
	itan Sewage District Commission as well as director of human resources and
	 organizational development in public sector and private manufacturing env
	ironments. Today\, her clients include private\, nonprofit and public-sect
	or professionals with an interest in developing authentic\, courageous lea
	dership.
