	Leadership Alliance of Milwaukee (AALAM) publish Well-Being Indexes that o
	ffer a comparative view of how Milwaukee’s Black and Brown communities are
	 progressing compared to peer metros. These separate but closely related s
	tudies\, produced by Dr. Marc Levine from UWM’s Center for Economic Develo
	pment\, provide a comprehensive picture of the current standings of Milwau
	kee’s Black and Brown communities in areas such as economic stability\, ed
	ucation\, health\, housing\, neighborhood and built environment\, social a
	nd community context\, civic engagement\, and access to resources. Nancy H

	 from the indexes\, discussing how Milwaukee’s performance compares to oth
