	ith 26 years of military service and over a decade of experience in corpor
	ate and technical recruiting\, he specializes in translating military skil
	l sets into corporate success. At Clarios\, Dean develops and executes Vet
	eran hiring initiatives that not only attract top military talent but also
	 support long-term retention through tailored onboarding and career develo
	pment programs. Holding an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources and an 
	MA in National Security and Strategic Studies\, Dean is currently pursuing
