Branding your company for talent acquisition is critical to attracting and retaining talent. Recruiters are uniquely positioned to understand what today’s employees find important and rewarding in the companies they work for.  Join MMAC and talent acquisition peers in a Recruiters Roundtable discussion, designed for you to sound off, ask questions, provide input, and crowdsource solutions to talent acquisition challenges in the MKE region.

In this session, we’ll hear from peers with successful experience in building a brand that showcases a company’s mission and values. We’ll then move into small group discussions and ultimately share ideas and strategies with the entire group.

Meg was previously Director of Corporate Communications and Brand for Komatsu, where she led a team in 10 countries to develop, launch and implement the company’s first vision, mission, values, brand strategy, architecture and standards.
Jessica Summerfield, Senior Client Consultant, Shaker Recruitment Marketing
Jessica recently joined Shaker Recruitment Marketing. Previously she was with Advocate Aurora where she served as a Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager and Kohl’s as a Recruitment Branding Project Manager.
