Mentorship Morning with Fire Chief Aaron Lipski, Milwaukee Fire Department
Aaron Lipski was sworn in as Fire Chief in 2021, after having served the City of Milwaukee for over 25 years. Joining the Milwaukee Fire Department in 1997, Lipski is a 4th generation Milwaukee Firefighter and Milwaukee resident. He has filled every rank, starting as a Firefighter and building a solid and steady reputation as a strong leader with the ability to bring people together.
And it’s no wonder! A natural connector, Lipski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (minoring in Africology) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, from UWM. He’s a volunteer leader with the American Lung Association, the Milwaukee County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition and the American Red Cross of Southeast Wisconsin.
